Cancellation Policy:

Any enrollment cancellations before April 1, 2024, will be charged a $25 administration fee per student per week. Fees paid outside of this administration fee will be refunded.
Any enrollment cancellations between April 1, 2024, and June 1, 2024, will incur a cancellation fee of $100 per student per week. Fees paid outside of this cancellation fee will be refunded.

Requests to transfer registrations from one week to another are subject to availability. If a transfer is possible, no cancellation fee will incur.

All enrollment cancellations must be made in writing to the Camp Director at summer@ows.org.
Subject to the conditions below, cancellations made after June 1 will not be eligible for refunds.

Families who need to cancel their camp enrollment due to COVID-19 health-related reasons, or other serious health conditions, should reach out to the Camp Director directly to discuss terms of cancellation and refunds.
